I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, offering a lovely view to the southwest of downtown Montreal from the balcony. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff who arranged a bus tour for us. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, making it very convenient. The dining experience was satisfying with plentiful and varied options. However, the facilities did not disappoint, offering great amenities and features.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The room had a nice balcony with a view of Mount Royal but was different from the picture shown. However, being so close to a utility room with a connecting door was a bit inconvenient. The service was great overall, especially during the early hours after New Year's festivities. The location was convenient for shopping and exploring via the metro stations, although it was a bit far from the old town with not-so-great surrounding areas. The dining experience was good, but there were moments when some food items ran out. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
